The Oaks Corners Fire Dept. does allow the general public to rent its large meeting hall. The hall is 2,500 square feet in size and can accommodate 166 people. Rental of the hall includes the use of eight-foot tables and chairs. There is also a large commercial kitchen that is available with hall rental for an additional fee.
Hall Rental Rates
* Hall rental without kitchen: $200.00 per day
* Hall rental with kitchen: $250 per day
* All hall rentals will also include a $50 deposit. The deposit will be returned by mail following the hall rental provided that the hall and kitchen are cleaned, the trash is removed, and there is no damage to fire department property. Any damage to department property will result in the forfeiture of the deposit as well as any associated repair or replacement costs.
* If alcohol is being served during the event, an alcohol liability waiver must also be signed by the renter.
Table & Chair Rental * Chairs $1 each per day * Tables $5 each per day * Table & 8 chairs $10 per set per day
$25 deposit on table & chair rentals. Tables & chairs must be returned the day after the event to avoid additional fees.
